Mission & vision · planning concepts
Real estate first. Digital structure only if it fits.
The fund is exploring a U.S.-focused, real-estate-first strategy for recapitalization needs. Any later tokenization concept would depend on legal, governance, servicing, custody, and transfer decisions; it is not a current product or liquidity promise.
Mission
Explore capital partnerships for distressed commercial and multifamily properties, beginning with the property, its capital needs, and the risks of a specific transaction.
Vision
Work toward a disciplined real-estate investment program in which any future digital representation follows clearly established legal ownership, investor rights, governance, and operating arrangements.
Education-led introduction
The proposed go-to-market approach puts investor education before any fundraising activity. Planned public education can explain recapitalizations, property diligence, leverage, governance, tokenization limits, and the risks of illiquidity in plain language. No offering is represented as open.
Planned Fund I–III program
Fund I, Fund II, and Fund III are planning phases, not active offerings or a record of investments. Fund I has an owner-confirmed $25 million fundraising goal; this is a goal, not a guarantee or finalized offering term. The sequence is illustrative. Mandates, timing, economics, fees, and offering terms are not finalized. Legal terms, investor eligibility language, and regulatory disclosures remain subject to counsel approval.
- Fund I: an initial program phase focused on evaluating the proposed real-estate recapitalization strategy, with a $25 million fundraising goal. Fund I is not an active offering.
- Fund II: a possible later phase that would depend on future decisions, market conditions, and the experience of any earlier activity.
- Fund III: a possible future phase whose scope and timing have not been determined.
