Minneapolis–St. Paul-based real estate operator with over 20 years of experience spanning finance, fund management, and real estate investment. He began his career as a licensed real estate agent, broker, and developer before moving into full-time investing and operational leadership. Earlier in his career, Sunny served as an investment representative at Solomon Smith Barney, where he developed a disciplined approach to underwriting, capital preservation, and risk management. He has been a full-time real estate operator since 2018.

Highly experienced, successful entrepreneur and accomplished businessman, having served as Global Managing Director of Business Intelligence and Security Consulting for Kroll Associates and as Principal/Partner for Arthur Andersen Worldwide Consulting, serving as Managing Director for Global Aerospace and Defense and Business Intelligence. David has also previously led three technology firms.
